MEDITELI
Effective April 2026
This policy describes how personal data is handled when you visit mediteli.com. We aim to be concise and accurate — we describe only the processing that actually takes place.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Piotr Młynek (data controller). For any data-protection inquiries, you can reach us at contact@mediteli.com.
Hosting
This website is hosted by SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, Poland. All server infrastructure is located within the European Union. The hosting provider acts as a data processor and may process server-level data (such as IP addresses and access logs) on our behalf in accordance with its own data-processing terms. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s standard policy.
What we do not do
MEDITELI does not require registration, does not maintain user accounts, and does not use advertising cookies. We do not profile visitors, build audience segments, or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and timestamps. This data is processed for security and operational purposes on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use server logs to identify or track individual visitors.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies required by WordPress for basic functionality and security. These are strictly necessary cookies — they do not track behavior across websites and are not used for advertising.
In addition, if you give your consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics. See the “Analytics” section below for details. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to any server. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are visited and how users navigate between them. GA4 is loaded only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. If you reject analytics or do not interact with the banner, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics data is collected.
When active, GA4 sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors. IP anonymization is enabled. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may transfer data to servers outside the EU; Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and its own compliance framework for such transfers. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing local storage for this site, after which analytics will not be loaded on subsequent visits.
Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we process your address and message content to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to correspondence). We retain this data only as long as needed to resolve the matter.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data. You may also request restriction of processing, object to processing, or — where applicable — request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. The practical scope of these rights depends on what data we hold about you. To exercise any right, write to contact@mediteli.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00‑1 93 Warszawa, Poland — uodo.gov.pl.
